This page describes the current website and the principles that apply to initial contact and our services. Specific arrangements for each engagement are set out in the quotation, agreement and any applicable data-processing arrangements.

This website

  • The current website contains no external marketing or analytics trackers.
  • Fonts, scripts and images are loaded from our own website environment.
  • The contact form opens a draft message in your own email application. M@dministratie receives the content only when you send that message yourself.
  • The hosting and security provider may process technical traffic and security data in order to deliver the website and prevent abuse.

Email and initial contact

Contact details and the contents of your message are used to handle your request. Do not send invoices, bank statements or other sensitive documents by ordinary email. A protected channel will be agreed first for that purpose.

Services and client documents

Purpose, role, access, security, retention period and deletion are agreed for each engagement. Where M@dministratie processes personal data on behalf of a client, written data-processing arrangements are made where required. Automation prepares work; material accounting and process decisions remain under human control.

Privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Statutory conditions and exceptions apply. Use the contact form to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
